I love the belt. LOVE it. Stretchy. Clean. Dynamic: Can wear it up for work or down for golf. It's a really great belt to pair with darker shoes. BUT, why I am really writing a review is the customer service. I bought a belt through a Pro Shop. Did some quick research and pulled the trigger on a Medium (I wear "34" belts, with 31 or 32 inch pants). However, it seemed small. Almost no extra "belt" and this is where Alero won me over. I took a shot-in-the-dark, not expecting anything, but told me story of being bought at a Pro Shop, even having worn it a few times, but that it was simply the wrong size. I honestly didn't even expect to hear back, but they responded at 4:46am (working around the clock, clearly!) and offered to take it back, check with production, and promised a new one. Over the course of a couple email exchanges, I was won over. Will certainly be buying more belts and could not speak more highly of the kindness, flexibility, and service-oriented listening that Alero offers. Thank you, Kim! Thank you, Alero.
