Refund policy
RETURNS:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Alero Sport purchase within 21 days of receipt of your package free of charge. Please email us at: support@alerosport.com and we will be glad to email you a return shipping label.
Returns Policy:
- You may return any item, with the exception of custom or personalized products, within 21 days of receipt of the product, for a complete refund or merchandise credit.
* No refunds will be issued after the 21 days.
- Product must be returned in the same condition that it was received, unused or altered in any way, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Refunds will be issued 5 to 7 days from receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
- All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. If the original order was purchased via a Gift Certificate, and/or a credit card or Paypal combination, the refund will be first applied to the Gift Certificate with any remaining balance refunded to the credit card or Paypal account.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, as to whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Holiday Returns:
- Gift purchases made between November 1 and December 24 can be returned up until January 31. This overrides our normal 21 day return policy. All other return policies are applicable.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue immediately.
